Individual and Team Development

Sequoia are accredited trainers in the powerful Management Drives approach which enables us to gauge what drives an individual; working methods that inspire them, what motivates and de-motivates them. The true value of these insights comes when we share them as a team, revealing how to improve communication skills and understanding of colleagues.

The approach provides a real language for describing the differences between us all; why we think, act, react and communicate as we do. In addition, Management Drives provides a highly effective methodology for improving team performance when dealing with specific tasks and challenges.

We can provide standalone individual or team sessions on Management Drives, in addition to incorporating it into our training courses.

Excel Training

At Sequoia, we have extensive experience in building highly complex and sophisticated models in Excel. We are able to pass on our knowledge in the form of training courses, which can be tailored to the specific needs of our clients, whether they have limited knowledge of Excel or are frequent and confident users.

Our courses cover a wide range of Excel topics, from basic spreadsheet navigation, through compound lookup functions, all the way to designing spreadsheets for speed and using genetic algorithms for optimisation.
