We benchmark your forecasting against the best forecast you can hope to achieve. By comparing your performance to a suite of forecasting algorithms, we identify those SKUs that are best forecast by a computer, and those that require specialist input.

Whilst computers can do a good job of baseline forecasting if they have the right algorithm, they struggle to forecast events such as promotions and new product introductions.

We provide your team with the decision support tools they need to make informed forecasts based on the cost & service implications of their decisions.

Inventory optimisation

On average, we are able to reduce our clients' inventory by 30% and increase service levels by 0.7%. Our detailed analysis identifies the specific SKUs that are over or under-stocked to rebalance inventory and service levels.

Production scheduling optimisation

Our approach to production scheduling is to find the right balance between long production run lengths and high inventory levels. By analysing changeovers, shelf lifes and inventory levels, we are able to achieve the lowest end to-end supply chain cost.

Reducing obsolescence

We quantify obsolescence risks to build future obsolescence costs into today’s decision making. By including obsolescence costs alongside factory production costs and bulk-buy discounts we are able to optimise production run lengths and order quantities.
