We generally run a recruitment campaign every two to three years to recruit graduates into the role of Trainee Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Consultants. We typically recruit two people per campaign, the most recent of which was during 2008.
We look for candidates with an excellent degree in a numerate subject; among those currently at Sequoia, Engineering is the most common background.
In addition to this, we look for an innovative approach to problem solving, and first class communication and interpersonal skills. We also look very favourably on relevant industrial experience.
