Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Sequoia was conceived to fundamentally improve the Supply Chain Management advice that Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies receive from consultants, by creating services and processes specifically tailored to the intricacies of the sector.

The FMCG industry is huge – circa €700bn in Europe and $1.5 trillion globally (at retail value). This compares with circa $480bn for the global automotive manufacturing industry. However, FMCG has a long track record of relying on its smaller brother to have all the Supply Chain management ideas – often with pretty poor results.
